    Mr Armstrong has over 30 years of accounting experience, including the last 25 years in the resources sector. He has extensive experience in senior commercial management roles with Normandy Mining, WMC and Newcrest. This experience involved working across a wide range of commodity businesses including gold, nickel, copper, coal and iron ore.

  • Mr Rob Humphryson

    Mr Humphryson is a Mining Engineer with over 20 years experience in the Australian resources sector. Mr Humphryson has extensive experience in underground and open pit mining with both contractors and owner miners. Joining the underground division of Macmahon (formerly National Mine Management) from WMC in 1994 he has held roles in Project Management, Operations Management and Business Development. Mr Humphrysons most recent role was General Manager Business Development for the underground operations.

  • Mr David Crockford

    Mr Crockford is a Mining Engineer with extensive experience in narrow vein mining methods and contract mining. Mr Crockford's career incorporates roles at MPI Mines Black Swan Nickel Mine and held the position of Underground Manager with Leviathan Resources in Coolgardie.

  • Mr Gareth Solly

    Chief Operations Geologist

    Mr Solly is a Geologist with extensive experience in underground and open pit mining across a range of commodities. Mr Solly has held senior management positions with Onesteel and was more recently Geology Manager of Norilsk at Black Swan Nickel.

    Mr Keys is a Geologist with experience in mining and exploration across a range of commodities. Mr Keys has held senior exploration positions with Goldfields at St Ives and Consolidated Minerals (nickel division).

  • Mr Sam Larritt

    B.Eng (Mining), MBA

    Operations Manager Murchison

    Mr Larritt is a Mining Engineer and MBA graduate with extensive experience in managing underground operations. Most recently Mr Larritt held the position of Manager Mining for St Barbara’s Southern Cross Operations.

  • Mr Wayne Perna

    B.Sc, Grad Dip Ext Metallurgy

    Manager Metallurgy

    Mr Perna is a Metallurgist with more than 15 years of mining industry experience in mineral processing plants, including conventional gold recovery processes and the copper SX-EW process. Most recently Wayne was the Processing Manager at Teranga Gold Corp’s Sabodala Gold Operation in Senegal where he was responsible for the ramp-up and operation of the process plant. He has broad experience in the development, commissioning and operation of large scale SABC milling circuits.

  • Mr Ron Ellis

    Mr Ellis is a mining Engineer with 25 years' experience in the Australian resources sector, he has extensive underground and open pit experience with both contractors and owner miners.  Mr Ellis has worked in various mineral fields across Australia in operational, senior and executive management levels and more recently was an Operations Manager responsible for the Feasibility Process for a future base metal producer prior to joining Silver Lake Resources Limited.

  • Mr Kim Richards

    B.Ed, Dip Teaching, Adv Dip OHS

    Mr Richards is a Group Health and Safety Manager with over 15 years' experience in the Australasian resources sector.  Mr Richards has a broad base of health and safety management experience in underground and open pit mining as well as downstream gas compression and construction involving both contractors and owner miners.  He has held management and leadership roles with Panoramic Resources, Enerflex Australasia, Robe River and Pilbara Iron.  Mr Richards' most recent role was Group OHS Manager for Panoramic Resources operations.  Mr Richards is currently completing Masters study in Business imporvementsw and OHS systems development.

  • Mr Marcus Willson

    B.Sc Geology, M.Sc (Thesis), MAIG, R.P. Geo (Exploration)

    Business Development Manager

    Mr Willson is a Geologist with over 20 years of international exploration and management experience, in such countries as Canada, USA, Chile, Venezuela and Cote D'Ivoire.  Mr Willson worked with Placer Dome for over 13 years in largely technical roles before moving into management.  Subsequently, Mr Willson co-founded and listed Triton Gold Ltd before moving to become Group GM Exploration for Lihir Gold.  Prior to the merger with Silver Lake, Mr Willson was, most recently EGM Exploration for Integra Mining Ltd.

  • Mrs Kassie Patterson

    B.Leg Criminology and Psychology

    Human Resources Manager

    Mrs Patterson is a Human Resources Professional with legal and psychology qualifications and is currently undertaking a Masters in Human Resources Management.  Mrs Patterson has 10 years experience within the mining industry.  Mrs Patterson's HR career has included roles with Tiwest Joint Venture, Consolidated Minerals, Workpac and Minara Resources before joining Silver Lake in 2012.
